Im in the same boat as you mate. I called them up around 2 weeks ago and they said they were waiting on emc plant to send them a diary for start dates. The woman over the phone said we may have to wait a month or 2 :/
  • Hi, My Husband has passed the online assesment and manual assesment on 1st March (which he has also had an email to say he passed 😃) He is currently off work from his current job of 11 years following knee surgery however he is fully fit to return to work just not at his old job (driving a 7.5 tonne van 12 hrs a day!) He has never been unemployed and is absolutely DESPERATE to get this job at JLR so if he is lucky enough to be invited for interview can anyone tell me honestly what his chances are and what should he say regarding the knee? Like I say he wants to work, he just can't do his current job..so frustrating!
