Thanks mate. Hows ur experience there easy or difficult? When i had my interview done they said they will make you do some course before putting you on to the track. Are you doing any course or something? And whats the shifts like timings?

  • Hi

I've recently applied at the solihull plant. I completed my online assessment the end of december.

I was invited for my manual assessment, via telephone call, and I done this 2nd March. My advice for this is just read the instructions & keep referring back to them, you don't have to complete the assessment within the time but have to be seen to be following the instructions in the correct order.

I received an email the following day saying I had passed but due to high volume of applicants they would be in touch. I gave it a week and then called manpower and was told I was on the list for an interview and I have booked this in for 22nd March.

Just wanted to give everyone an idea of my timeframe, and any tips for the interview would be much appreciated e.g. questions asked, answers given, what happens on the day

    Good luck to everyone :)

The interview is pretty straight forward . They just ask you about past experiences working in a team . A time you did something wrong and rectified it , a time you improved something in your job . You literally just talk to them on a chilled level . I'd say the interview is pretty informal to previous interviews that I've had . They make you do a drugs test on the spot and you get results there and then . Fill out quite a bit of paperwork and a crb form . Nothing to worry about trust me , just be confident and friendly

Started first day on the track at Solihull today it's hard work and a bit difficult to get to grips with just hope I find it easier as the weeks go on but once I master it I feel it's a good place to work and great pay
