Codchops people who have been reading this forum on a daily basis have gone on to do there manual assessments plus further online assessments and have not got to the interview stage and have been unsuccessful so that just goes to show that this forum doesn't give much of an advantage to those going to take the manual assessments and further online assessments it's all down to the individual on the day if you pass and get to interview stage and then get the job offer than that's down to the individual they have earned the right of a job within jlr the likes of Bigden got the job on his own merit so I don't see this forum giving much of an advantage to me as the assessors on the day will show me better than this forum how to do the assessments with there demo etc

All this forum does is give people a detailed insight in what to expect on test day it doesn't in anyway shape or form give you an advantage

I still dont see any validity in your point everybody is on a level playing field everybody has the same instructions and the same amount of time to do the tasks it does not matter how much you read and how much of the process you know you still physically have to do it the thread is for people who are nervous as i imagine we all are/were its nice to know whats involved there have been people on this thread who have failed even after reading the info here halewood as i said people cheated to pass the online exam by paying somebody to take the test for them here people are after info on whats involved completely different situations and at no point has anybody given answers for the questionnaire or the interview which i agree would be unfair to do so im sorry if you feel different i dont men to offend you with this post
No worries mate. All I'm saying is, try looking at it this way. Say for example, one person goes in blind and completes everything competently, another person has seen the link to the online test, read up on what the manual assessment involves and then passes with identical marks. Who desrves the job more if they were competing for one position? It is obvious to me but given the responses I have received on here, people are trying to justify their reasoning with absolute disregard to any moral values.

You still have not answered my question, what brought you to this forum? You didnt just stumble on to it, and called it coincidence as you had applied to JLR

You continue to prove my point for me, I am confident that there are many many people who should be ahead of you in the queue for these positions.

How does that prove anything other than your just as culpable as everyone else in this alleged "moral" crime? in which case your a hypocrite

You seem to struggle, I'll spell it out as clearly as possible. Research is completely different to posting answers. Research is what a person with their head screwed on right would naturally do before an interview. Posting answers is futile, it dilutes the poster's own chances of getting the job and also the chances of those that deserved the job more who applied subsequently. make any sense? doubt it.

no one has posted any answers bar that video (which has been condemned by most active users) , and you fail to understand, Seems to me someone is bitter about something. I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same person who was offering the "step by step guide" for £20. Especialy as you only popped up after i brought up the whole issue.

Anyway i am done with this whole issue. I'v made my opinion abundantly clear.
