Congrats cloaker! when did you go in for your assessment and interview??

I had my interview last Tuesday morning mate. My assessment was the Tuesday before that. The phone call came out of the blue, I had put the whole thing to the back of my mind expecting to hear nothing for a couple of weeks or so. It was a nice surprise to say the least.

I applied for Land Rover in Solihull, went through all the stages and passed everything. Even though I pleased for you and others who have got positions, I am just annoyed and confused that people who applied just for the Castle Bromwich site have start dates over someone who was waiting for a start date 3 months ago?

WELL that looks like me s*** outa luck!! lol i had my assessment monday 30th and interview on wedesday 1st!!! lol
I cant hold onto 'no news is good news' for much longer! lol

Feel bad for you mate. Quite a few people have made some complaints about Man Powers organisational skills. Hopefully you might hear some good news soon!

Well you haven't had the rejection email yet so all you can do is keep positive. I still know some people who are yet to even have their assessments yet. There's still lots of time left before they stop the whole process of employing people.

Utterly baffles me. If they don't want me, they just have to say. Never get a straight answer from them.

Just to give u some info I applied for Solihull Land Rover as you did and wait ages for them to get back to me and then re-applied for jag.got a phone call 2day giving me a start date for next monday. All I can say is hold on and they will get back to u eventually.I knw its easier said than done but just keep thinking positive mate.hope everything goes well for u

I just called them up just now and like u lot
Iv received the same email, she said there's a back log and there getting through the apps as quick as possible. If we get the email I'm hoping that just means we have the job but jus gota be allocated a start date
