Let me ask you a question what brought you to this thread? Your obviously looking for something be it advice or information, does that make you anybetter than the people who read this info?I'l admit the online test video is a bit much, but is providing guidance any worse than people telling their friends what to do? Again its a public forum open to anyone to discuss and ask advice, no one is obliged to ask for advice and no one is obliged to give it,

Having passed the online and manual assessments, I have now got an interview date, someone in a previous post said that the interview revolves around 4 sections: quality and teamwork being 2 but they could not remember what the other 2 were.

If anyone can offer more information on the subjects and questions I would be most gratefull.

I went through the halewood process and could have possibly missed out because of the application process being compromised on nowhere near the scale that this has. There is a huge difference between reading a thread and posting info to it that ruins it for those that were probably more suited to the position without being given the full run through beforehand. Why have an interview process otherwise? Might as well make it names in a hat mate.

there is no similarity. You can't possibly be so obtuse as to not be able to see what I am saying. People will always know people in jobs, get a foot in the door etc, that is normal. Posting detailed instructions on how to perform tasks that are part of an interview process is completely different. Read through this whole thread again mate and note the diference between the two locations, no skin off my nose either way or yours as you have been offered the job. Just think of those who may have done well had the whole process not been compromised. Maybe it's a different mentality down there, we prefer a levelish playing field.

So you were only just " reading " Come on! pull the other one!

You came here becuase you were after some information. Unless you swear people to secrecy these things are going to come out!

It would be an unlevel playing field if this information was only available for select people, people who say pay £20 a time. It is available to everyone.
