I just phoned the manpower recruiting line and asked when they would have interview diaries, the woman i spoke to told me that they've put the process on hold and that id be contacted when they are doing interviews again. Looks like we may be waiting a while? I wonder why they get people in to do the tests and then put it all on hold?. Oh well.

That's strange I messaged them today and asked them what was going on and the response was.

"Thanks for getting back in touch. We are waiting on AC appointment slots at the moment, as soon as we get some interview slots we will be giving you a call.

Really? Maybe thats what the woman i spoke to meant but just explained it badly. Thanks though mate. Thats give me a bit more hope.

Can anyone confirm the official rules on weekend production overtime if your on three shifts.Ive been there nearly 2 years but find it hard to get a straight answer from management.
Ive been told that we must do it if were on earlies unless we have a good excuse but know people on other shifts that have not done it for years!

Ask your union rep.

AFAIA overtime is voluntary, I have turned loads down in the past.

Catch-back, up-time or whatever is mandatory.

Anyone knows what is happening at the interview?EMC plant in Wolverhwmpton i mean.I have to go to an interview 14th next week and i want to know if anyone was attending this and what Q's they ask and if someone knows the answers that they look about.and what skills they need there.Thank u

Still haven't heard anything myself. Seems to have all gone quiet on that front at the minute.
