I think that the start dates wont be given out till january as JLR have shut down in december. I called up Manpower to be told i had passed the interview and will be told my start date in january 'hopefully'. Still haven't had an email saying i passed but i confirmed it with manpower over the phone . Not sure if i should ask them to send a confirmation email of me passing or not.0

I had my interview at solihull on the 5th mate, These are the questions they ask that i remember:- can you describe a time that you worked with someone from a different background? how did you build a relationship with them?
- have you ever challenged a process or done something different to a colleague? what was the outcome?
- have you ever had to do a repetitive task? what did you do to keep yourself motivated?
- have you done shift work?
- do you have any transferable skills?
- name a time when you have had to make quick decisions
- have you been late in the past 12 months?
- name a time when you have had a confrontation with a customer or colleague, what did you do and what was the outcome?
Before the interview you will be filling in forms for manpower, you will be with about 3 or 4 other lads/girls getting interviewed at the same time, your drugs screening will be straight after the interview and after that your free to go. Dont worry about it mate the interviews are quite relaxed, mine was just like a chat no pressure.
(I'll edit in any more questions i can think of if i dothink of any more, as long as you can answer these ones competently though you should be okay)0 -
