I haven't recieved the email saying i've got a pre employement screening but i called up manpower this week and the woman said 'i passed the interview , its just waiting on a start date now' So?.... bit worried i haven't got the email but maybe it's because JLR go into shut down next month anyway

I know for a fact the start date isn't until the new year. I just hope they have the decency to tell people way in advance to give them time to sort everything out.

I know everyone will have notice periods etc but having to wait til 2016 to find out would be harsh.

I'm just grasping onto the fact that if I was unsuccessful I'd have had a different email.

Yeah, for anyone else that was wondering aswell, these questions are for the production operative position, i cant speak for any other positions interview questions as i dont know if they are the same or not.

hi for those who start in early 2016 with manpower what will the hourly rate be? and does it vary nights days weekends can any one give any info?

I rang manpower earlier today and they have told me I have been successful and have been told I have got the job

They can't confirm start dates yet but Atleast I know it's just a waiting game now.

I have read the email. And I do understand it, but does anyone have any other insight into it?

Would this email have said I was unsuccessful if they wasn't going to offer me the job?

Wishful thinking I guess but any information would be great.

Hi mate, I got that same email today, it is quite confusing, so we have passed the all stages successfully? And what are they grading our scores on? Did you get the job then? How soon after you had that email did you find out you had they job?
