See that's annoying because I completed everything on the 17th dec and still not heard anything about a start date :(

Which plant did you apply to? Have you called Manpower for an update?

Hi guys has anyone failed their manual asssessment, and then instead of waiting for 3 months applied again using a different account? I wouldnt normally do it but im desperate for a job at the moment. Surely if they call you for a manual assessment, you would assume they wont find out, as thats the first step and where they would most likely check?
  • I had my interview on the 21st Jan, got called yesterday and offered a job to start on monday. They said it works on a ranking system, the higher you score on the interview the sooner your called.

I suppose one way of getting rumbled is, if someone recognises you in the manual assessment centre and then reported you. I remember when I went for my manual assessment, the person who led our group to be assessed, mentioned recognising a few faces. Risky, but it’s your call.

It’s a catch 22 situation. You could look for jobs elsewhere but then receive a call from Manpower offering you a start date, or continue playing the waiting game and hope for the best. Though I personally haven’t heard of anyone being successful on all stages and not be offered a job.
  • Hi, I failed the manual last year. I applied again with a different email, but you will get caught because of you name, address, age ect showing up on their system! When i failed, i registered again with new email but only completed the first stage of the test and i left it at that! Exactly 3 months to the day of failing the manual test, Manpower emailed me saying that they can see that i have started the application process and if i would like to finish it. Thay gave me 7 days to do so and if i didnt they would delete my intrest!.. i quickly completed the test and was lucky to pass it second time round. within 21 days i completed the manual, interview, and had my start date!! Hope you understand this!! feel free to ask any questions mate!!

How long ago did you have your interview mate? Had mine on 28th jan and got my completed all stages the next day on the 29th so hoping I hear something this week as seems to be around a two week wait to find out what's going on.

I just want to start work ASAP now so hoping to here something soon anyway :)
