Hi everyone,
I have my manual assessment tomorrow. I am very excited and hope it goes well.
I have been reading through the forum and people have said that you can score points from some questions at the end of the assessment, can anyone tell me more about this and also any tips on the manual assessment.
Thanks,
Rav0 -
The questions at the end of the manual assessment are to think of 5 (IIRC) changes to the process to improve it and make it easier/faster.0

Although i'm sure you might have answered a question somewhere already about previous convictions, was there a question before the online assessment bout it? cant remember!!
Declare it and Best of luck mate.

That's unfortunate, but in a way, I suppose better it came to light now and not a couple of months down the line when/if you got the job as they would have sacked you, which could have lead to awkward questions for any other jobs you applied for.0 -

How can you have an unspent conviction from 24 years ago? I thought all convictions are spent after 5/6 years.0
