Hello,
My boyfriend did his manual assessment today and unfortunately ran out of time whilst doing it. He took his time and made sure he had done everything in sequence but could have done with an extra minute.
Is that an instant fail?
Thanks0 -

He may of gained the points back if he did. If not & he failed just tell him to retake it again in 3 months. That's what I did & found it much easier 2nd time round with knowing what to expect & completed it in half the time. Good luck0 -

Hi everyone,
I failed the assessment a few days ago due to a very silly mistake. Can I apply again? Any thoughts people?
Thanks.0 -
with the five questions at the end was that part of the assessment? I thought it was just for feedback.0

No, it's quite an important part of the assessment. They are very big on promoting Process Improvement.
The Pera training (which should follow through to the shop floor) is all about Lean Manufacturing, things like, kaizen, 5s, poka yoke, 7 wastes, CIP, PDCA etc0
