Hi, I had my manual assessment the other day and tgis morning I received an email that said this:
Thank you for attending the manual assessment to work with Manpower at Jaguar Land Rover West Midlands.
You have successfully completed this part of the process.
We will be reviewing all applicants at this stage and will be in touch to confirm if you have been selected for the next level of recruitment.
Does this mean I passed?0 -

The opportunities are endless with the right attitude ?
Who said it's a 4 week rolling contract ? If I'm honest you have a job for life if you keep your head down and get on with it. It's hard work but the pay is worth it.0 -
When I went to interview the guy said it was a 4 week rolling contract with manpower up to the first 12 months then a 3 month rolling contract with jlr for another 12 months.
How long have you been there ? Its at Solihull by the way.0 -

Exactly this, it's as permanent as you make it. If you have bad time keeping and work standard was poor any job would be temperay.0 -

The 4 week rolling is just an excuse to elbow you out if they don't like you I'm afraid matey.
I've been there about 5/6 months and yes at Solihull.
They are taking on during the shutdown because the Pera training takes 2 weeks and it's the perfect time to do it !0
