My advice is to make her own way to the factory public transport or taxi or a lift from a friend go to the security gate and ask where to go that way then your at the site on time one thing you dont want to be is late then once you have started you can find out the exact details of the bus times and where and when you need to be at the airport

The point is that on first day we all have to be on the airport parking.. even if you have a lift or use public transport.

I m so excited now! And nervous! Can't wait already! I have been on the airport yesterday just to find out where is this parking :D and no worries! It's not possible to miss it. There is a huge sign "JLR employees parking"
    See you all tomorrow!

Ok so if they have told you meet at the airport then do that dont worry about the shift start time as you wont be placed n the production line the first day is your induction day i cant comment to much as i work at castle brom and things work slightly different

best of luck for tomorrow and i hope you enjoy it on a side note do not stress about the job you are given you will struggle missing parts and not being able to keep up but you will get your speed in time and become better at the job as each day passes people with 25 years service struggle to hold the jobs they are given as we all have a learning curve just dont stress to much and and you will be fine :j

You don't have to be, you're to be at main reception at 7am and someone from manpower will be down

It's 7.15 till 4.00 if I recall you do for Pera training. You will finish at 4.00 and the coach will be there for the airport at your finishing time.

However there are 200 new starters tomorow so I don't think all will do the PERA training at once as when I started there was 90 and that was the single largest intake for Pera and they said that was pushing it.

Sit tight i know its hard to but as you can imagine 200 new have to be put through the training first and be inducted trained on the job ect ect if they work it as they have done in the in the past the next influx will in 2 weeks so maybe they will begin emailing and phoning the next batch of new starters in about a week or so but thats just my opinion and and manpower can only start people when JLR bosses tell them they are needed
