''Manpower scum'' is a phrase you will hear often amongst the ''jag lads''.I pulled 3 lads up on it in the canteen when one of them sneered at a lad Id started with and called him scum.Told them if any of them wanted to call me scum id be outside gate 1 after shift and would go accross to morrisons car park to ''discuss'' it.They didnt turn up and they started using a different canteen the next day!Take no s?!t!

It's a totally different culture at Solihull compared to jag if I'm honest. I've worked at jag and it's a lot more relaxed and people tend to be really set in there ways.

I have heard a few comments at castle Brom but i always remind those who do it where they began their working life at JLR at castle brom its is more relaxed and most of the blokes sympathize with the manpower lads i know the union rep in our block will treat manpower as he treats us full timers my advice would be ignore them or ask them to elaborate on the comment if it continues report it to your supervior because iits basically a form of bullying
