It's a totally different culture at Solihull compared to jag if I'm honest. I've worked at jag and it's a lot more relaxed and people tend to be really set in there ways.0 -

Side note pera training went ok did computer tests writing and reading nothing major also when do we get our employee number as tried to register for payslips ready for next week and I need it
That will be within the next lol just relax and enjoy the pera nvq training because after that its the reality of the production line0 -

I have heard a few comments at castle Brom but i always remind those who do it where they began their working life at JLR at castle brom its is more relaxed and most of the blokes sympathize with the manpower lads i know the union rep in our block will treat manpower as he treats us full timers my advice would be ignore them or ask them to elaborate on the comment if it continues report it to your supervior because iits basically a form of bullying0 -
Hi I have my pre work assesment today and I was just wondering abbot all the tests they have to do, can you tell me if it possible to fail the maths and literacy test as I have already handed in my notice at work and not been to hot on these subjects I slightly concerned thanks in advance to anyone who helpse :-)0
