Sorry to hear that mate, did you pass the drug test and also it all depends on what the interviewer is, I'll go back to where you took the interview and ask for some feedback as to why they decided to reject you, hopefully this helps and try again in 3 months don't give up hope mate.

The reason might be if you got any sick calls in previous work ... or you didn't answer well about lateness or repetitive work. You should try one more time after three months.

Like EmmasS123 has mentioned they take lateness and repetitive work very serious so you have to show them that you are very serious about those, but try a second time and good luck

It says to meet at the airport parking for the bus. Does anyone know what time the bus leaves? Thanks
Just seen says it leaves at 7am but we start at that time??

First of all sorry about your bad news but if you think that anybody can just walk in and do the jobs then you are very wrong i have seen countless people walk out and crack under the pressure of the job doing your job hundreds of times per shift in the set time cycles without error is a lot more difficult that people dont understand this a high pressured job with high volume because of the JLR success with group leaders and supervisors constantly on your mistakes to ensure the quality of the end product

haha I got the same problem !
but it says : The coach will be leaving the airport car park promptly @ 7.00am. What means for me we have to be there much more earlier but our start of work is when we get in to the bus! as its the only one way t get on the training

You will only be able to get onto that bus in theory !

It said the same when I started don't worry about it, the only other thing you can do is walk to work via the lode lane enterance as manpowers office is upstairs which is where you will be till the PERA guys pick you up.

You can tell you work in BIW cos you wouldnt last 2 weeks on a line with that attitude.

Ha I've worked on the line mate, in fact I did quite a few hard jobs.

Centre console , rear seats and carpets ! Not the easiest jobs mate, I've requested a move back to T&F!

And it isn't an attitude , it's fact , I've seen it 100's of times , pull andon with a problem and it just gets pulled straight away and it's 'rework needed'...
