Had e-mail this morning saying I have passed interview stage and they are just waiting to give me a start date when they can.
Also stressed that I should stay in job I'm in at the moment and not put in notice until they contact me. Also assured me that giving a months notice is not a problem on their part.
So anyone who had worries about giving notice should be fine I'd say.
Don't mind the waiting now I know0 -
"Following your interview there will be an introduction by the training provider, a short assessment and a brief explanation of the training that will be given if you are successful."
Dear All,
Ive just receied an email to attend the interview on Monday, anyone could give me a heads up about the assessment?

Just swat up on interview questions from the internet, search 'top 100 interview questions'
They will all be roughly like : Tell me a time when you demonstrated *whatever quality they are looking for*
Pretty much every question they ask requires an answer like this. So all you need to do is think of loads of examples when you did something good in your current role, or even outside work, and what you can show about yourself through this.
Then during the interview when they ask a question, try to figure out which example in your head best fits what they have asked for.

The assessment after the interview is just a basic numeracy and literacy assessment and you will fill a couple of forms detailing education level etc.
AFAIK it is only used by the training provider to identify people who might need additional support during the training and has no impact on your interview.0 -
