hi, i had my manual assessment a couple of days ago and was told i would be contacted within 48 hours, so far it has been 48 hours and i have not been contacted, my m8 had the manual assessment same day as me but his was in the morning and he has been booked for an interview, are people in different batches?

also during my assessment the only mistake i made was i forgot to put my hat on, and the guy watching me reminded me, this was the first 20 seconds of the test, second i finished the manual assessment within the 8 minutes, i tried phoning the manpower land rover but a lady told me they have gone home, just wondering is any1 else in the same boat, the waiting game is killing me....

It means that you can wait for a call with starting date. The same like lots of us. It can be this week, next month. .. no one know

I am happy to wait but I just wasn't sure if this means I will get a call or if I still have to go through a further selection process. After going through every page on the forum there some conflicting info. Ive seen that some people have had further emails too.

I hate waiting but would feel happier tobbd waiting for a call rather than waiting to be told sorry you didn't make the cut.

The list is probably very long and they take people by the best scores, so actually you never kbow if they contact you. Hopefully sooner or later I'm waiting more yhan 2 months arleady but I still have some hope
