Hi all, my first post but been reading through this thread as I've gone through the application process myself and I've found it very helpful. Had my final interview on Monday at the pfl building in Halewood. Felt it went well, no rejection email yesterday as seems to be the norm so just the dreaded wait now!
Any questions feel free to ask?
Hi Matty, I'm also doing my final interview at halewood on fri so if you could give me a heads up on any questions or procedures that you can remember? Thanks in advance mate.
Hope you get your call soon too0 -

Did they tell you on the phone your interview details?

I've got my interview at Halewood next Tuesday.
So far, I've discovered that some questions are ....
How would you get to work
What are the implications of lateness
What can you do to ensure you arrive for work on time every day
Discuss a time when you have worked with someone from a different background
Discuss a time when you have undertaken a repetitive task
Discuss a time when when you have faced opposition to a suggestion you have made
Hopefully Matty can remember some other questions.
I'd appreciate it if you could also tell me of other questions, once you've had you're interview on Friday
Cheers and best of luck mate.0 -
.... (just to clarify)
Are people being interviewed at the likes of Halewood, being offered jobs at Solihull / Castle Brom ?0 -
Along with what pliverpool said some other questions I can remember are:
Describe a time you have worked as part of a team?
Describe a time were you have dealt with conflict within the workplace?
Describe a time were you have had to work to written/verbal processes?
Would you be willing to work overtime?
Like others have said it's very informal and unlike other interviews I have been to in the past. As long as you use examples for your answers you can't go wrong guys :-)0 -
OK 42 people did start today0
