LOL, all hold hands and skip down the yellow brick road to the Emerald City. :rotfl:
Seriously though, it is a bit scary but you will all be fine. YOU were picked from over 30,000 applicants. They have the pick of the bunch, and you are it!
Good luck.0 -

Don't stress Gaz, we've done the hard bit! They're not gonna throw us in and expect us to be perfect straight away. They'll at least give us half an hour to get up to speed lol We've just got to get our heads down and get stuck in now!0 -
Ok, so just had a call from manpower after sending umpteen emails!! been told there are NO new start dates left and, I will have to be patient
I asked about how they pick the "chosen ones" and , they said its based on your overall performance and any experience you may have. It also depends on what JLR want at the time i.e. for different areas. Its got nowt to do with when you had your interview for those who are wondering. The woman did say they are hoping to know more in the next 3-4 weeks, maybe more opportunities? I know its crap for us "overlooked ones" but, I think we should all keep our chin up and keep on bugging them until they give in!! lol
Oh and congratulations to all the "chosen ones", good luck!!
