Manpower have told us we get a bonus in November based on attendance bonus but she just didn't elaborate on that, based on what jag get I'd say its about 2 hours pay for every week???

She actually called it R.H.A too gaz. She said it was 1 day a week but I think she meant an hour a week?

I am new to this forum. I start at Solihull on 22nd April. I have had my email stating that the hourly rate is £10.43 per hour. Are there different rates for different shifts and if so what are they?

Yes, there are different rates for different shifts. Not sure what they are but on your induction day, you will be given a handbook with all the details. :money:

Most go on three shift system £12.84 hour. £10.43 is straight days money. There are other rates too . It will never be lower than £10.43 though. As said there is a sheet with different rates on. Sat and sun overtime is £16.80

as the guys have said you will most likely be starting on the 3 shift rotation which u will get 10% less than us so £12.84 sounds about right

sat overtime is time and a half
sun overtime is time and two thirds
