Hi everyone, I am new to the forum.
Like most of you, I am also still waiting for "the call" lol. I completed the process in feb, had the same emails as many of you and was left wondering if I had done enough? I have sent emails to atleast 3 different people at manpower but, haven't had much of a positive response. They are very disorganised and, they never give you much hope!! But, seeing some of the posts on here about the success story's, I still have a little hope that just maybe I could get a call. Anyway, good luck to all of you and, just hang in there!!! Oh, is there anyone else on here that hates having to sign on at the knob centre?? lol

Just keep ringing everyday or at least once a week, something will come, just hang in there.

It was all good mate, only issue we had, cause we started on a Tuesday cause of bank holiday our weeks were in reverse, your first day will be induction talks, were as we had that yesterday, today was just occupational health, then shown where we are going and told what shifts.

I'm in trim and final starting red shift which is mornings.went and looked round the track today and seemed fine. Looking forward to getting started now.

    Hey

I was wondering if anyone else has had a missing information / documentationemail ? i had mine on the 3rd after replying to it the same day and a few phones calls later they said i should have had it today (still as of yet no email). i just seem to get fobbed off and for some reason they cant tell me what info there missing over the phone.

I was phoning on the solihull plant (0121 700 4206) from various people i had the same answer.

I asked today mate, she said that you only get that at castle brom and that we get a bonus that's paid in November based on hours worked and attendance. Also said its a days pay for every week but that sounds way too much. was gonna ask someone else Monday, have a great weekend c u monday
