They can't really say one way or another if you have a position or not. If all the jobs are now full and they don't know JLR's needs in the future they won't know how many people to retain. You could be first on the list or eleventh say. If there are ten jobs in the future you will get in if you are first, but not if you are eleventh. It will all depend on how many are needed in the future. Hope that makes sense.

I know what you mean, just kinda annoying that all the hard work you put into it thy still want to keep you clutching on straws.

Does this mean everyone who had that email today will eventually be given a start date though?

Its just so confusing.

Like you Jade I really hope so but again it will come down to if and how many people are needed in the future I suppose.

Ok, are there more groups or just the one? Just trying to judge how many people they start at a time.

They usually start about 100 together. Which are split into small groups of 15-20.

It's frustrating waiting for the call but it'll come, people are leaving all the time due to various things. There were no longer then 2 hours before I received the call to then being thrown onto the line.
