I had the interview on the 15/2/13 and passed all the stages, just waiting now!

I'm waiting since 1/12/12, but for skilled trades and since that i haven't eard anything from them, the only thing that i know is that my application is under review....

I waited 4 months to get in and some waited up to 12 months so be patient everyone .

Received same email. Confused does this mean one day we may still get called up to work and on their system? Or thats it nothing?:shocked:

Same e-mail to me! I don't really understand what it means...because the unsuccessful e-mail are different, but is not a successful e-mail either...
They should have said that you were successful and we waiting for a start date which can take up to an year....or you're not successful so don't have to wait anything.
They should be more clear...

Had the same email this morning, and like the rest of the emails ever received from Manpower they have never been straight forward. If you have passed their tests then you should be offered a job or at least an email advising that you have successfully passed, but you just need to wait for a start date.

Anyway after they emailed and i was a little confussed i called them, and i was advised to call Castle Brom? So i called them and i was then advised that they are waiting for more spaces before they can tell others they are successful.

I think its so wrong how people have been treated! if your good enough then you should get the job.
