Hi guys, I did say id keep people updated. Well union papers were given out yesterday. Pay increase of 4 and a bit percent. However, anybody who starts after January 1st. Will only be on 70% of the pay of what full time jag employees are on. All agency staff prior to this date are going to be on the agreed 80% so some of you may want to re-asses your position as to whether you want the job or not after that date. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Good news is, this is only an offer from Jag. Hopefully it will be rejeceted at the ballot box. I will be voting no.0

Why would you vote no? you get a 4.5% pay rise, and all STC move to core workers, meaning you and i will more than likely be moved to STC a lot quicker than the 12 months we were told at the start :rotfl:0 -
It's a moo point. As i found out Agency staff who have been there less than 12 months are not eligible to vote. It has upset alot of people.0
