Hi, my other half has his formal interview think its 4 hours? Anyone done this? If so what sort of thing should you wear to this, does it need to be a suit or the same sort of thing as the manual assessments?

Hi H91,

i wore shirt and trousers, as there is nothing physical to do, its just a lot of paperwork, then a one to one interview for around 30 mins. then a drugs test and then an english and maths test but there really basic knowledge nothing to worry about.

randomdude 88 there is no way on this earth you got away with it so you really dont need to lie about it to look the big man cause you smoke a draw, even if you do get in you wont last 5 mins penging of that !!!!, sort your life out kidda

I call !!!!!!!!. And even then, do you think it's a smart idea to broadcasting you cheated? It wont take much to figure it out. they only interview about 8 people a day. I'm sure an email to manpower will do well on it.

I took the online test last week and got the standard 30-60 days for a decision reply. Has anyone who took the online test recently been contacted soon after?

Hi KeyserSoze0121,

I was contacted within about 6 days, it all depends really they take ages sometimes and others there quite quick. Everybody gets called for the manual assessment anyway so dont worry you will definately be contacted. But beware, you have to do the online tests again when you are there so make sure you have done them and not someone else!

How do you know the jobs have been taken? Im currently waiting for a response after doing all stages of the recruitment process. Gutted if there full now
