You just add the smarts it says on the system to each envelope. It is rare that a envelope does not require a smart.

Hello - am currently doing the unaddressed mail survey. I emailed the email address in the instructions because I had a query but it keeps coming back as a fatal error!
It shows the reason as too many hops so the routing is wrong. Does anyone have an alternative address to postalsurvey@research-int.co.uk please?

Ta

What do you guys do when the stamps have not been stamped and the envelopes or packets have not been marked in any way. I'm getting the packets with £2.60 or £3.00 in unused postage about once a week.

i bin or shred my postal packets too...remembering that it is an offence to reuse stamps that have been through the postal system.

Why would you treat them any differently from any other envelopes or packets?

I save all stamps, franked or not, and my wife passes them on to some charity or other.
