You just add the smarts it says on the system to each envelope. It is rare that a envelope does not require a smart.0 -
Hello - am currently doing the unaddressed mail survey. I emailed the email address in the instructions because I had a query but it keeps coming back as a fatal error!
It shows the reason as too many hops so the routing is wrong. Does anyone have an alternative address to postalsurvey@research-int.co.uk please?

What do you guys do when the stamps have not been stamped and the envelopes or packets have not been marked in any way. I'm getting the packets with £2.60 or £3.00 in unused postage about once a week.0
