Can you post it next week before 10am? If not I would still post it at Post Office.Busylizzie wrote: »I posted it at a post office at 11.15 in the end as will have same problem next Thursday0

I received a first class stamped packet today containing a smart. The handwriting for my address was barely legible and in pencil at the top left hand corner, it says "17/7 P/B 10-1"!
I was under the impression the postings were meant to be secret, so I just have to hope that I have not been found out through no fault of my own.0 -
I've said it before and I'll say it again, people who mark the envelopes like that should be dropped from the scheme without exception. :mad:0

That happened to me twice last week and once this week so far. I doubt the person doing it is looking at this but if they are could they please stop!0 -
Hi can anyone help?
In my commercial letter today it says
'Receiving Panellist
After checking and recording the information below, please put this insert back inside the test item envelope, before returning it to Research International'
I haven't got one of these before. What do I do with it? How do I send it back? The only envelopes I have are for sending smarts back. Excuse if I am dim :rotfl:0 -

Was away for 2 weeks. Came back to a nice pile of test letters even though I recorded I would be away. So currently have 18 Smarts in my stock. I am posting 17 letters this week which is proving a struggle to get my head around to make sure they go on the right day of the week. Got a card through the door today for a parcel, which I assume will be next weeks pack as I have 3 packets to post.0

The most important thing to do is post items on the specified day of the week (eg Wednesday) stated on the schedule. The online and paper schedules have always been identical for me in this respect (its mainly SMARTS you need to check the online schedule for up to date details). You only HAVE to post an item at a post office if it won't fit in a post box - and I confirmed this with Kantar on my previous 6 months stint on the survey. If you cannot post on the correct day at all then keep hold of the item and post it on, for example, Wednesday of the following week. So long as you always make sure you enter the correct posting details online (the correct post box/office and time/date you posted) and make sure items are posted before the last collection then you will be okay. I post items on the correct day but at a time and in a post box/office that suits me and where I am that day - I did this for the whole 6 month period last time and have been doing it for 2 months of this current period with no problems and no queries from Kantar2020 Wins:

It's quite useful to read through this thread - working backwards. You will find lots of comments about posting dates, times and places and about Smarts, not writing instructions on the things to be posted, sealing small parcels, etc.
That question about the "return to Research International" crops up on about every page of the thread.0
