Is there a competition to see how many times we are trained without moving on to "live" participation?
I was so excited (sad, isn't it?) to think that I was about to re-start as an active panelist. Then I realised that this is the third time that I will be "in training" since I was rested last year.
Perhaps they are doing this just to ensure that they do have panelists to call on if others get fed up with the higher number of boxes and packages that seem to be required these days. By starting re-training us every 3 months (which is what seems to be happening) they can check that we are still willing to do this task.0 -

I'd just like to check please - I received a wrong item from another panellist today, it had my name and address on it but the sticker with the R number was for a different postcode and it would not let me enter online. I've emailed Kantar to let them know, I've disposed of the item and sent the SMART straight back to Kantar, hoping that is correct2020 Wins:

Ive had a few of these recently and put the smart in a smart envelope and send it back with the incorrect stickered insert...i figured that they can sort it out their end!in S 38 T 2 F 50

Emailing them to inform them is exactly what to do if someone's got their labels mixed up. They can then note the item error on their system.
Their email replies in those instances are basically 'thanks for letting us know, please return the smart' (which you've done).0 -
