I think they are having major problems at the moment.

Just spoken to them as I didn't receive this weeks posting pack, and they said that they are getting a lot of similar calls. So obviously there are far less test letters being sent. and that's without taking into account the bad weather some of us are dealing with.

Has anyone who started the UNADDRESSED MAIL SURVEY on 14th January got any pictures of mail to look for please? I have received some unaddressed for each week but have no pictures to compare them to?

I had one picture of a Coop leaflet when I first loaded the survey at the beginning of last week, that is all. Just enter number of unaddressed items on the day you receive them, not much else we can do and that is what it says to do

I didn't have any leaflets in the last wave and haven't had any this time either! :huh:

I have got 3. One of a large national supermarket which is due to open tomorrow. However, that supermarket is about 80 miles from me. :eek: I also have a leaflet from a mobile provider and a leaflet from an energy company. I have only received the energy companies.

When I did it last time I got some of the leaflets I was looking for but not all of them, but I got more ones that weren't on the picture list.
I also found that even the ones that were pictured on week 1 didn't necessarily arrive till later in the survey.
I wouldn't fret, if you get some that aren't pictured just put the number in.

Anyone else notice that the leaflets always come on Tuesday?

I was supposed to post letters yesterday but I never received them. This is the second time in a row this has happened and this was only supposed to be my third week of posting again. :eek:
