Just received £10 L2S voucher for the first two waves of the unaddressed mail survey.
Hope everyone else receives theirs now.
Me too
Was still nothing showing for the past 2 weeks of the 3rd wave of the Unaddressed Survey but presume they might suddenly appear on Monday with all 3 new weeks to be filled in..0 -

Just came to report the £10 too. Nice to have before Christmas.
I don't think the "third wave" dates will appear until the new year as it appears they are not working now until 2 January.0 -
Just received my L2S £10 voucher for 1st 2 waves and also a £5 L2S voucher for the correctly delivered that I just finished about 2 weeks ago.

I also had an invite to correctly delivered this week. I seem to be getting them every 2 months since I have been rested.
Had a good month from them this week with over £20 in vouchers for various surveys so not unhappy to be rested as at least I don't have to venture out into this awful weather just to post a letter.0 -
bit of an odd one, new to the royal mail survey, been doing the 'training' and posted I think, 3 weeks of letters, on my 4th week now, to post 2 items, one tomorrow and one on the 24th.
But recieved an email 2 days ago saying im going on a break, because they are oversubscribed in my area, do I still need to post these 2 items?
Plus I recieved another email earlier saying
Welcome to the Royal Mail Survey.
We have now registered your details to our live posting panel and you will receive your first Sender Pack in the week commencing 24/12/2012
You will receive an email to notify when your first pack is being prepared and despatched.
Please do not reply to this email. If you have any further queries, please direct them to our helpdesk at postalsurvey@tns-ri.co.uk.

So have they started me off on the training again?
I have been on my six month 'rest' which was due to end around now after having been on the panel for several years, I'd sent 2 or 3 weeks of test items again but have just received a similar email to you saying that they're oversubscribed and my participation it to be paused for a few weeks. Not sure if it just means they no longer want me or I really am just on an elongated break. Guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens.0 -
I got my £10 voucher yesterday as well, just in time for the sales as they can be spent in Boots and I have my eye on some Sanctuary stuff once they reduce it. I've kept my unaddressed stuff for w/c 10th December but I haven't had any unaddressed mail at all this week, can't see getting any next week either with two bank holidays. I daren't throw it away now, lol, given its likely they will ask us to do the survey retrospectively again2020 Wins:

I think it is just that they are having difficulty in working to the new system themselves.
They are generally recalling people after an average of 5 months in order to do the training and perhaps, as there shouldn't be any problems with most people who have been on the panel for years, have them ready to begin "for real" again before others have completed their six months "on".
They are clearly having some problems in organising the Unaddressed mail survey and there seem to be problems about sending out the correct items to be posted (eg not the right envelopes for the posting list) as well as missing reward stamps and not responding to emails.
The problems seem to start round about the time they decided they were going to rest and recall panelists. I'm guessing that a lot of changes took place in their own workplace at the same time.
What does seem to work well is the Correctly Delivered survey which has been running pretty much unchanged for quite some time (other than they cut payment from £6 to £5).0 -
I started posting in October and have received 3 lots of stamp books 12x1st and 4x1st large, so that works out 2 books for each month. I also got 12 Christmas stamps, Diary and the Britons Of Distinction set which I assume is a Christmas extra. I did get a lot of stuff for posting in January but no stamps so guess will have to wait and see if any arrive in January.
I don't remember the exact dates receiving the stamps but I know my first lot came in the first pack.0 -

My guess is that the problems have arisen wholly because of the new 'rest and recall' system.
Prior to that everything ran pretty smoothly and panellists knew exactly what they were doing - with very little need for them to contact Kantar (or for Kantar to contact them).
That changed with the new system, and much more intervention from the Kantar staff became inevitable. That was bound to affect the time they had available to run the system, and probably accounts for the errors and problems that have crept in.
Small point for anyone missing the monthly stamps (newbies in particular) - they do tend to find their way to the bottom of the large brown envelopes that arrive with envelopes etc inside. Very easy to miss if you don't check each envelope carefuuly.0
