RM stamps haven't arrived yet, guess they must be swamped.
It seemed to disappear last week (as I had it open to follow the thread, refreshed and it said page not found). This sometimes happens when a topic has been pushed too far (aka abuse of offer) or possibly MSE has been contacted by disgruntled Ocado execs ...
I see that the limit on Ocado is 6 books in total now ....

Hi all
I went to stock up on 1st/2nd and large 1st/2nd for myself and work yesterday at my local post office - they have thousands in stock according to the guy who works there. I know you don't get any cashback/further discounts etc but they will be significantly cheaper than after 30th April!
Hope everyone gets their stamps!0 -

May I just add, some local post office may not have many 1st and 2nd class stamps available, but they might have many Christmas ones lying around in their safe. It is worth asking for them.
I just bought some Christmas 1st and 2nd class stamps from my local post office as they are short of the normal ones. The Christmas stamps can be used the same way as the normal ones.0 -
every one you probably know this but being a philatelist ive come up with an interesting fact 2nd class stamps are going up from 36p to 50p which is a 40% rise 1st class is rising from 46p to 60p 30% 1st large 20% up 2nd large 19% so if you going to bulk buy buy the 2nd class as after 30 april youll get 40% rise in your money
plus if you use large letter or packet rates these stamps can contribute more to the final price pro rata you just need to buy low values 1-10ps to make up the new rate sure you can use this info to keep masses informed any way0 -

I ordered a sheet of 2nd class stamps from Royal Maisl website Monday 16th and have yet to recieve them, or any follow up communication about delays or dispatch.
I appreciate they must be overloaded with orders, but a message on their website stating a more realistic delivery time would be helpful.0 -

Becky, I was just going to post exactly the same thing! I ordered £200 worth of stamp sheets on Monday 16th April. I too, am wondering where they are. No money has been taken from my account yet. Someone at work suggested they might be waiting till after the increase and then send them out at the higher rate... surely not...
A week with no action seems odd...0 -

I was thinking of canceling my order and going to the PO to buy them instead.0 -
I ordered two batches from the RM website. The first batch came 2 days later IIRC, but the second batch took nearly a week. If there's a backlog building up, that would hardly be surprising, would it?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
