Had an email from Royal Mail yesterday - informing me that my order for 10 books of 2nd class stamps (ordered 12 days ago) had been dispatched !!
But that I should wait up to 12 days for it to arrive
So - in future - not only do they expect us to pay 30% more for postage - but that we should wait 12 days for letters to be delivered
Royal Mail don't deserve the "Royal" title...0 -
Anyone who ordered online could you tell me how they come. I ordered £41 pounds worth so will then come by special delivery?
I too ordered on-line - 10 books of 2nd class - they finally (after 12 days of emailing them) - took the money from my account on Tuesday - and dispatched them yesterday - for delivery within 12 days - so no "special delivery" - more "Snail delivery" !!0 -

That is illegal - report them to OFCOM (The regulator)0 -

I've never had a dispatch email from them....it would be nice.
I did receive an order that I placed on the 13th and 14th today, so 5 working days or so is well short of their 1-2 days promise.0 -

no R M sheets of stamps for me yet either, and find the web site difficult re my account - no idea if they've been dispatched yet. Very tedious as they have to be signed for.
I ordered at the weekend so expected them by Thursday pm.
edit - now friday pm and still no stamps from R M shop0 -
