Options
The possibility of fuel strikes announced today - Tesco jerrycans jump £7 in price overnight.

Still, every little helps.

What a nasty little company.

Its called supply and demand, buying the jerry cans will be a waste of money anyway as the government are getting the army trained up to deliver the fuel if and when the strikes happen.

    From one website...
The definition of extortion is illegal use of one's official position or powers to obtain property, funds, or patronage.
You do not have to buy your jerrycan from Tesco, or anything else from them, for that matter.

Yeah but they put a gun to his head or something.

    Probably.

Although he gains points for not using the word 'SCAM' in capitals in the title.
  • Screwfix has (at the moment) 10 and 20 litre cans, for less, I paid £19.99 for the 20.

Oh, and soon it may well be impossible to buy anything from anywhere else, due to the stranglehold they have.

ASDA used to be a farmer's co-operative, until Wal-Mart killed it.

I remember 1973/4 do you? trust the army? last time they were seriously considering a coup until Mountbatten told them not to be so bloody silly.

And yes, wasn't it nice of me to tell you that?

It will be the last thing I bother to.

    Goodbye.
