  • Funniest thing I've read on the internet today? Quentin asking someone to apologise. :rotfl:If a scriptwriter on Coronation Street came up with a character like Quentin the producers would throw it out on account of it being wholly unbelievable.
    Call me Carmine....

HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??

When it was suggested the the surveys were bias distributors pooh poohed the idea..
Because I never received such a notification, and, I never took part. As I am part of one of the largest groups within the system, I am sent information and received nothing of this nature.

You have mislead us on this issue, I offered you an olive branch, but you insisted on the quotes.

Now you have them, have the decency to apologise and let it drop.

The truth is you don't have the risky card!

I have not misled you or anyone else. If you choose to interpret what is said to fit in with what you think has been said then that is your problem not mine.

Did we all misinterpret what you said about your cashback card. We might have and if so it is egg on our faces. Why don't you confirm it one way or another something you have been trying to get me to do.

That said, you were trying to get me to open up about my own personal circumstances something I will not do. Your cashback card on the other hand isn't a personal thing so why not just give everyone the details so we can all decide whether it is of value to us or not just as we IDs do with our contacts.

You have told your colleagues on the reps forum you don't have one. (And criticised uw ho for not properly answering your enquiries about the card!)

    When?

You posted this to your colleagues on Sept 24th 2009, in it you refer to being disappointed by the reply you got from UW HO regarding your questions about the risky card:

I haven't signed up for a cashback card yet for a number of reasons - having different accounts being one of them So I was very disappointed with CSDA's response.

You wouldn't be surprised to learn this, then. (Presumably "someone" from uw will already have seen this over at their own forum, though probably no-one from Which!).

Keggs is concerned (over at the reps forum) that the latest which report highlights the fact that uw is 20% more expensive, and asks how to get round this.

The answer given is to (cynically) use the which report by printing copies off in A5 size. "which tends to show all the useful information like position in the rankings, and overall satisfaction ratings while making the main body of text in the article too small to be easily read".

Keggs greets this as being "sound" advice to get round the problem!

(But why are the reps printing off copies of the report anyway? Using it like this breaks the rules of Which.)

Stalking again. Must have a word with Jez again for misusing info.

On what evidence can you stste that most UW distributors are are not Which suscribers?
On what evidence can you state that UW distributors ARE WHICH? subscribers? On what evidence can you say that even if they are subscribers, they have taken part in particular surveys?

I have previously said that I am a subscriber but never taken part in a survey relating to the utilities industry.

Did you not read my previous post that I am a customer of UW twice over. Don't make assumptions

    (a) that I might not have a card with my business account

    (b) that I might still not have a card with my residential account.

The 24th September is now within the past 12 months you told everyone that I supposedly had a card when I didn't have a card.

Remember the saying: Don't ASSUME - it can make an !!! OUT OF U

The forums operated by MSE are very influencial.

No wonder over on their forum uw reps are discouraged from entering into discussion here, being told "Carmine does it for us".

How does some of their input here reflect on the image of uw?

It is downright deceitful to keep posting this to try and make out what I have posted is wrong.
Is it also downright deceitful to state that you know of a Utility Warehouse pre payment card beating cashback card when there is apparently no such thing?

I am an independent distributor with Utility Warehouse and the views I express may not be shared by the company.

I do dabble in a bit of script writing - never thought of that.:rotfl:
