Quentin - I am a relative new poster here and so even though I can see that this has been a sometimes heated thread, thank you for putting the record straight about the existence of my post, I am only concerned with facts and if I am mistaken I will be the first to acknowledge the fact. Getting late now, genuinely, thanks again, DMDA Utility Warehouse Distributor0

Well, ALL of my customers are saving money by switching to UW from their incumbent supplers. Some of them have the cashback card, some don't.
Whether Cardew,Quentin et al like this or not, that's the way it is. Suit yourselves. I don't know how many times I have to say this, if their mind set is to disbelieve, not a lot I can do about that. The FACT is that, for some (a lot) of people, what UW offer is an attractive option to what they curently have.
ALL my customers are saving money compared with their previous suppliers. FACT. FACT. FACT. Like it or lump it.'The only thing that helps me keep my slender grip on reality is the friendship I have with my collection of singing potatoes'

So you keep telling us. Surely this is another uw spam??
Every time you repost this "claim", expect to have it pointed out how unlucky all your customers were that you got to them.
If only they had used the MSE way to switch from their obviously expensive tariffs to the cheapest option, just think how much they would be saving now!0 -

And what a hypocritical question coming from someone who refuses to even state where they do their grocery/fuel shopping (although, like jimexbox, we have established you waste loads of money each year by not using ANY form of cashback card for your retail shopping. Why not ask Quentin for details of his amazing cashback card? Are you frightened he'll ignore you as well?
)
As you say, there you go again - sad!
The thread is about UW, not our shopping habits or lifestyle.
Does it really matter if Quentin or I are foolish in our choice of shops? Or extremely astute?0 -

Prove it!
Detail every customer, their consumption, previous supplier, and when they changed.;)
Until then your post will remain just about the most implausible post on this board.
One thing is absolutely certain and that is that every one of your customers without a UW cashcard could obtain his gas and electricity cheaper elsewhere.0 -

With respect, this thread is about so much more, Cardew. If you come on here like yourself and jimexbox do putting yourself forward as some sort of money saving guru and advising people about the best way to save money, then expect to have YOUR money saving credentials (and hence your 'right' to advise others) scrutinised! And, frankly, both you and jimexbox's credentials don't hold up to even the most half-hearted scrutiny. You admit to not using any form of cashback card to derive extra benefit from your retail shopping. Agreed? So, whilst you are berating me for, as you state, paying for expensive G&E, expect me to berate right back at you for wasting HUNDREDS OF POUNDS by not maximising the power of your retail spend.
A household so large to have a cottage that doesn't require using must have a large spend on groceries and fuel. Quentin has been claiming for months that there is a cashback card out there that beats UWs but doesn't tie you into buying UWs products. This means you can stay with your current suppliers (BG and BT) but still derive at least 5% cashback fron your retail spending. You choose not to do so. Hence you are wasting HUNDREDS a year. But you see fit to tell others how to save money. Embarrassing. Ask Quentin for a link. I dare you....
It reminds me of John Major launching his infamous 'family values' campaign - whilst he was bonking that awful Currie woman. Hypocritical. In the extreme.Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0
