Yes, if a God does exist of course. My objection to religious leaders and most of the faithful is that they have the audacity to sit in judgement over others in the matter of faith. Isn't that Gods job they are doing ?
This is my main problem with the faithful, who the hell are they to judge how another person reaches God. What gives a Sunni the right to believe he is more correct then a Shi'i or a Catholic over a Protestant, etc, etc, etc.
Christ gave authority to simon peter during the sermon on the mount. The authority is only through god. The term infallible is only through god because the pope is the upholder of the faith. It is only through the holy spirit.
So you accept gods authority. Where does the authority come from for the secular society in which live then.
I put my trust in god and god chose simon peter.Quentin's Cashback Card?

Glad you liked it.
Though sadly it hasn't done enough to yet get a similar motivational comment (via the thanks button) from Keggs.

Living a rural area, as I do, we did a Win A Cauiflower event, which was much more receptive. The Mini was the second prize and people couldn't relate to a Mini, more interested in a free tractor! Keep it local!'The only thing that helps me keep my slender grip on reality is the friendship I have with my collection of singing potatoes'
