If it is finally dead can I say it was a pleasure meeting you all. We even started a book club. I don't think it was Rael who had the last word but Avenger - his announcement that 100 club members actually got a bill with money actually paid to them instead of the other way round must have been a shock to the poor AUWF - they've all gone speechless - not one word either praise or denigration.
But will it last. Since I've broken my silence to say ta ta I wouldn't bank on it.

Yes, the UW thread is dead, killed by the negative bills news. All hail the SBCSAT....

RIP UW thread. Yay! :j:beer::T'The only thing that helps me keep my slender grip on reality is the friendship I have with my collection of singing potatoes'

My personal thought is that the SBCS thoroughly deserves its accolade as the nations unknown favourite. To think it has achieved this without any advertising but instead spread by word of mouth by satisfied customers. Its literally on the tip of everyone's tongue at the moment.
I hear The Which have conducted a survey called The Which Discounted Curry Sauce Report in which it is put up against some of its best known rivals. Apparently, in that survey it comes out as the only recommended best buy curry. Its the curry sauce that could by all accounts and only 4p as well.
Can anyone come up with a recipe with a difference for the magical curry with a difference?
"Heaven in a Jar and cheap on chips" as reported by The Which Magazine to coin a phrase.Quentin's Cashback Card?

This incidentally is my favourite post so far, and it appears, written with no sense of irony!!

You complain about there being no irony. But your quote from your favourite post was selective (in true uw rep tradition).
You missed this bit out:But in this case you did get a response (motivational thank you from Keggs).
Now when a uw rep posts and doesn't get a keggs thank you, they will have something to gripe about.
Maybe irony should be marked with a * for you to spot.0 -
It's ironic that irony may not be ironic.
That's ironic by definition of irony in itself.
Confusing to even the iconic.
I recommend SBCS as a tonic.Quentin's Cashback Card?
