Crikey, what circles do you move around in, cc? I've never ever been approached by a UW salesman in my life (and I'm relatively ancient and get about a bit). But you get 2 all to yourself. It's not fair, I tell thee.
Who do you use for energy, cc?Call me Carmine....

Is there anything more damning to expose, I am curious to know.
Adding in a comprehensive carbon offset scheme, it isn't, by it's very nature, the cheapest way for any company to run itself, let alone an energy supplier.
There goes my hypocrisy again. Own shares in UW but buy nothing from them. Buy gas on prepay from Ebico but never become an investor.0 -

Though I must admit I have been asked by BG at least 50 times to go on their DF, about a dozen times by SPower. Last year it was at least once per week. When I wrote to the current CEOs of each company I got a profuse apology from the CEO at BG and a £250 cheque & no more calls. I got no reply from SPower & still get called occasionally. Similarly no reply from dear Mr Wigoder at TelecomPlus.0 -

You are fully aware, as is any intelligent person, that the TVG is a disgrace. Yet you trot it out time and again on this forum. The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.

I am an independent distributor for utility warehouse and any views expressed here are my own and may not be shared by the company. The mind of the bigot is like the pupil of the eye; the more light you pour upon it, the more it will contract.

As an ex energy trader he's well qualified to understand the implications of such a statement (his bell ringing hobby has no relevance) and I know of no reason to doubt its veracity. It will be based on a general comparison of what existing customers had before they joined Ebico.

Isn't that, effectively, what the TVG is saying? But with the TVG you actually get the small print in writing - what Levermore is saying has absolutely no qualifying criteria that I can see on the site. I managed to extract the criteria on which this 'claim' was based out of the Ebico rep on this forum - and it attracted a critical post from Cardew comparing it to UWs TVG. Probably beacuse it's based entirely on the exact same criteria as UWs TVG. I'm surprised you support one claim but not the other when, effectively, they are the same 'claim'. To be fair you've already admitted to a penchant for hypocrisy. I salute your honesty in this respect.

Are you embarrassed to say, chris?
You don't have a case to rest! And of course I'm not embarrassed. Who supplies my energy is irrelevant to this thread which is about Utility Warehouse - and I know from experience that if I name any company you will take this thread further off topic by finding things about them to criticise...0 -

And?You are happy to criticise my choice of company but are not willing to state which company you use? Did you have to take a course to be so hypocritical or does it come naturally?
Surely if you are putting yourself forward as some sort of expert with regard to what energy suppliers people should be and shouldn't be using it's only right and proper that you tell us which company you are with. This is Quentin-like behaviour, TBH. Maybe you are flattered by the comparison, lol.
It's not EDF, is it?Call me Carmine....
