Just a straight yes or no please.

You trying out big al's mind control?

The only answer you get from me is the one you already had!
    So you keep telling us.

But what is the point of buying your expensive utilities from the uw just to make use of the uw prepay card to reduce the price?

When you could separate the whole process, get cheaper utilities elsewhere and get money directly off your shopping?

Have any of you distributors brought this thread (and in particular Quentin's potentially libellous musings) to the attention of the company?
    I certainly haven't.

He is now trying to avoid this question even though I provided a clue :-

Is it possible that, including paying all relevant fees, by using the pre payment card and shopping to a certain level at Argos, Boots, Burton, Comet, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Goldsmiths, Halfords, Homebase, House of Fraser, JJB Sports (in-store only), Marriott Hotels, Miss Selfridge, Mothercare, Outfit, River Island, Sainsbury's (for the sake of argument, food & drink only), TGI Fridays, Thorntons, Topshop, Topman, Virgin Experience, Wallis and a few others that one can pay less for utilities than with any other company?

I'll give you a clue. I do it.

"The company" would be quite interested to see how they are represented by certain of their reps!

Because I pay less overall and it suits me. I choose to pay less in this way.

Come on, give it a go, answer the question with a straight yes or no, I know you can do it if you try:-

Now my wife is 'on board'
I take Sunray Domestic shopping after they've shut if I can. That way she spends less than I do.

Your choice - why would I want to deny you your choice?

My point is why go to all the trouble of buying the expensive utilities in the first place?

You could be saving on your utilities by buying them elsewhere AND still getting the discount you now are using to reduce your uw (expensive) bills by not being tied in with utilities and prepay card all from uw.

The way the uw card is sold to us here by the uw reps is that it is a unique idea to use a uw card to get a discount off shopping. All that is truly "unique" is that the discount has to come off expensive utilities. Usually it's straight off the shopping.
