You lot make me laugh, you have very strange ideas of who me and Quentin work for.
Just because someone does not sing from the same hymm sheet as you does not mean they work for a competitior. It can be that they just hold a different opinion from you and want to balance the discussion.0 -

I totally agree as I have had the misfortune to deal with BG and to have to ring their call centre.
No doubt all of the energy suppliers are all cut from the same cloth0 -

I could have written just about exactly the same response to you.
PS If you read my post again I suggested it would be prepesterous to suggest you work for mycashplus....;)Call me Carmine....
HAVE YOU SEEN QUENTIN'S CASHBACK CARD??0 -
I was balancing the arguement, you keep continually promote UW, I was giving some balance by giving some reviews of some UW customers which also include some reviews from some of their distributers me thinks
It is obvious that many of the reviews are from the massed ranks of 25,000 UW representatives, their family and friends, all with a very real vested interest in promoting UW.
Have you seen VinnyPH's preposterous review on that website?
Anyone who gives UW high marks for price is suspect as quite simply UW are expensive.
It is similar to the farce that the highly respected Which magazine have apparently not appreciated. A reader survey where UW are massively over represented in proportion to the number of customers, giving UW the highest marks for price - when they are very clearly amongst the most expensive.
Any survey that allows vested interests to vote is discredited.0 -
How could we, for instance, not give UW a high mark for price? They are the cheapest on the market for us and by a long way. I view the cashback card as a discount much like people who get a discount for paying by DD, or using a dual fuel deal from any of the Big 6. If we are going to get entirely nitpicking, I could also say I would never be in credit with UW as I will very probably pay by budget plan (i.e. pay for exactly what I have used each month) whereas AFAIK you don't get this option with any of the Big 6 and, consequently, could lose all your built-up credit if they were to go bust, lol...Call me Carmine....

This is covered by the UCPD which covers classes a business using review sites or the like to give reviews proporting to be from the public as an unfair commercial practice. Its quote a new law so has not been used much yet but hopefully will start clamping down on businesses who miss lead the public with reviews proporting to be from customers0 -

Like I said, *WE* would have to. Simply because it is the cheapest option for *US*. Incidentally, what sort of mark would you give mycashplus (a card you have personally recommended on these forums) for 'price' ? (and, BTW, I've checked the T&Cs  ).
If you really want to win the argument, find me a better deal than I have highligted. You ignoring that challenge really does speak volumes. You've already confirmed you have no problems whatsoever in using a pre-paid card.Call me Carmine....

I would give them 8 out of 10 as they have a good website which is real time.0
