    Hi
Well i have updated my sig with my weekly shop from mr M last night. I have planned cheaper meals this week after getting some inspiration from a eat cheaply thread ;) - taking me back to student days :D
I managed to get loads of YS includeing 2x cooked chickens, 2x bags of potatoes, 2x6 sub rolls, 1x pack of donughts, 1x4 pack of lemon muffins, 2x packs of WW cakes, hot cross buns, 2x massive pasta&coleslaw tubs from the salad counter and other stuff i cant remember :o
I dont normally buy cakes or bread as i make my own, but at only 19p each i thought i couldnt make them for that price, and it keeps my baking ingreadients for later in the week.

I only spent £22.53 and this included all work lunches for the week too, but as theres no school i havent needed to account for packed lunches

I will need to get some more bread mixes later in the week though as i didnt have many coupons left and the bloomin printer was playing up again

At least the shops are closed today and i cant spend :T

3rd NSD of April for me (dont suppose I can take credit for that, since the shops aren't open) :rotfl:

No brekkie, granola and greek yogurt for lunch. I have whoopsied lamb steak defrosting for tea with roasties and veggies.

Clearing out the attic and putting a few bits on Ebay to help me forget I am not out shopping :D

  • We were well on the way for a low spending day yesterday until we hit Sainsbugs. I had timed it for around 5pm as I thought we might find some bargains. Our top find was a two rib of beef from the grocery counter for £14 :D We also got some other beef roasting pieces, sausages (I really need to stop buying these we have loads) bacon, sole and a few other bits. So we ended up spending just over £30 in there.
I think the cat needs to go to the vet though so we'll have to live of the stocks for a few weeks to avoid touching the holiday spending money.
I was off to conquer the world but I got distracted by something sparkly :D
