Declaring: £117.89/£100 and 22 NSD for April.

Overspent, but that was a re-stock of the freezer and store cupboard, so I'm still pretty pleased. It also included t roll offer at L!dl, plus 2 birthday cards, and toiletries re-stock.

My 33 bargain Strawberry plants are growing furiously in the garden, so I won't be spending any money on strawbs this year; and my raspberry canes are coming along well too, so I'll be getting more than my annual 2 punnets! Yay! Can't wait.

Congratulations to everyone who spent less than they forecast! :T
    Needs, NOT wants!
No food waste since November 2010. :j
    No debts.
  • We came in at £329/300, which is a bit disappointing. Nevermind. I do have quite a good stock of meat in the freezer, plus I am under budget in other budgets for the month so it balances out so I won't be too hard on myself.

Hopefully will do better in May (although two family birthdays so who knows!)
    GC April - £329.57/£300
    GC May - £0/£300

    Hello everyone,

What wonderful achievements - over or under you will have spent less than if you hadn't been following the challenge!

I'm really busy recently and so haven't had time to catch up or post so my apologies for that.

I have just managed to update my sig for the first time since the 10th April so I can declare coming in under budget at £124.10 for April.

I'll be sticking with the same budget of £240 for May and will need to do a major stock shop so I don't think it'll be such a low spend next month.

Right I need to get gone again and so I'll see you all on the May thread at some point.

Take care and keep up the brilliant work,
    Spigs

I have read and thanked every post since I joined 9 months ago and I think its lovely to see just how many have achieved their set budget and those who go over just come back and try again until they do.
