Why don't we all call him? What's the number?

I'm dying to know what colour underwear he has on.

ok, update... it seems they're back in business, the websites back up with no message of "we've stopped our ticketing operations..." and i've now had 3 tickets, the last of which had a proper reference (pcn?) number on it and a little note telling me to call colin on a random mobile number to get a permit.

Should I call him or just keep ignoring?

Wasn't Parkforce only ever a self-ticketing racket anyway?

I guess this Colin is a little man, failed Policeman or summat who revels in the authority he thinks his little book of fake tickets affords him!

Shall we all call him and explain?!! :rotfl:
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Just keep ignoring. He hasn't acquired any authority since the last time. Post up his number though, there are people here who would like a quiet chat with him. :rotfl:
  • ok, i'm not sure i should post the number as i don't know if it's for the landowner or parkforce. However, today i didn't have a ticket, but a note urging me to call colin to sort out the permit or they will arrange to have my car removed for which i'll be charged an extra £125. I'm starting to worry...

Same difference. the owner and the PPC are "jointly and severally liable".

Personally, I'd ring him and tell him, in no uncertain terms, that you will only speak to him when he stops blackmailing you.

Maybe we should all ring up and ask for permits. You never know, we might want to pop in for a cup of tea.
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
  • but can he tow my car away? or would i be justified in reporting it stolen if it goes missing?

Are there any signs in that area that mention clamping or towing?

In any event, siezing goods in lieu of a debt that has not been proven in a court, and without an appropriate warrant is illegal. You might wish to let him know this.

To tow your car away for unpaid tickets he needs a court warrant and a court appointed bailiff.

He cannot get either of these until after he takes you to court and wins (not going to happen basically).
