Myloan.com is misleading and takes £69.99 out of your account without proper warning or authorisation. The whole website is misleading, especially when it comes to how and when they take their one off fee, which is ASAP out of your account before they provide any sort of service or give proper notification.
There are pages of other angry, misled people like me on the net too

Did you bother to read their terms and conditions before giving them your bank details?

Warning bells start ringing as soon as someone who you are asking for money wants you to give them money, to give you money.

it says it is a comparision site, so I filled in the details. Normally these companies will have a pop up to warn you an or send you an email or phone call to confirm your transaction. This company did neither. So it could have been someone elseo who had stolen my bank statement for all they knew.
And, no, I didnt read the small print. But that doesnt really clearly state in the fee section that it would be taken out of my account the next day with no further warning.
I just feel very misled and there are lots of other forums with myloans.com stories that are stating how hard it is too get your money back, bad customer services or the company masquerading under false pretences etc.

I just dont wont other people falling into the same trap.

The £69.99 fee is on the home page in big letters. Not hidden away in the small print LOL

I'm sorry but I can't see where it states its a comparison site. The homepage in my opinion is very clear about what they are and they don't hide the fee. Its there, staring you in the face.

I sympathise that you paid 70 quid for nothing, but the homepage does not hide the fact they are a broker.

What on earth is that in English? If you speak like that to them I am surprised they understand a thing. It's obvious they charge...I just don't get how people are so gullible.
