ooh - also, done a load of washing, and hope to have a sweep/hoover up of the living room/dining room and kitchen so we can come back to a reasonably clean hopuse on SUnday.
I'll have my day of rest tomorrow. Will be at in-laws, so will not have anything to do.

Wish I'd read this earlier - pamper day! I've stripped and washed my bedding, it's out on the line. Dusted and polished my bedroom and vacuumed my bedroom, my daughter's, the landing and the bathroom and toilet.
Made cottage pie for lunch.
Hope the washing dries before the rain gets here, they've forecast it for later today.0 -
OOOH YEEESS!!!!!!!!!!!!
We got the high school letter and he got a place at the school he wanted.. I am SO relieved I cried!!! I rang my mother and hubby and I even text my dad who I haven't spoken to for 2 years!! (His doing not mine! long story can be made short though)
front room half done.
I even have washing on the line! See how well I react to a bit of ego stroking??
Bathroom twinkly.. or as much as is possible.
Loo floor still to do but shorty isn't in bed yet!
Having a celebratory cuppa and then she can go to bed and I will drag Henry downstairs and finish the front room.

Pleased to hear Moggins is ok
Phew! Had me worried. Pigpen that is great news, have a big relieved squeeze from me
Hope everything goes well as I know transition can be traumatic for them.
Well been a busy day, unfortunately no time for pampering, but the busy getting my sisters laminate, carpets etc all ordered also mean't I got to spend time with just me and my sister, we ended up having a right laugh, especially when we were trying to get in the car with the plants she bought :rotfl:
Dinners already prepared, put all into SC this morning, done pudding mix and potatoes this afternoon so just ready to switch on. DS pee'd the bed again so have had washer/drier on non stop! Still got a lot of paperwork etc to sort. Few dailies to do also then I'll be done. Will strip the 2 terrors when they get in from school and get uniforms washed.
HopeElizzy they are on in Newcastle again, not that I can understand why anyone would want to go and see them. One day I might be more organised...........

Fantastic news about the school pigpen. I was so relieve when my daughter got in our local school as it's literally two minuts walk from our house. If she'd not got in we'd have had to drive everyday. You can really enjoy your night away now. Have fun xxJanuary budget
