Morning.
Been a bit slack yesterday as didnt feel well, but I am trying not to play catch up and just wait for it to come around again.
Today I am going to have to swap master bedrrom for kids bedrroms as ds wet the bed and dd had a nose bleed so as both need stripping I will do their rooms and do the master bed when it should be kids rooms, Hope thats ok with moggins.Always on the hunt for a bargain0 -
shell can i come to you for dinner please
susie don't play catch up - wait!
i am not feeling well today - have stomach pains and as dh and my sisters have all had this sickness bug wondering if that! dd2 is also v cranky/needy or else poorlyshe has been up at 5 last two days - so once dd1 at preschool she will have a nap - she WILL have a nap! she has swimming today but as i go in with her will have to see
did ok on list yesterday - but will clean loo today - did sink just now and did bath yesterdayour bedroom is the tidiest it has been since starting this so it will not take long - no more than half hour if that - but i also have ensuite to do (v small) as wasn't getting it done with bathroom so added on to bedroom day
also got to cook chicken pie and clean dd2 booster seat - it is minging  am going to add this to my dailies where it clearly should already be

Juliejim you have my sympathy. DD1 woke up at 2am I gave up trying to get her back to sleep at 3am at that point DH (who snoored all the way through the getting medicine, spilling medicine all over the bed, changing bed episode) said put her in bed with us. So half past 3 I came on here as could not get back to sleep (forgot to add milk to my tesco order and managed to change it before delivery later today! Did think about posting on here but did not want to look obsessed - lol. Please someone with older kiddies tell me it gets easier??????...
Shell, it does get easier, eventually! My DD1 and 2 were bad sleepers when they were small, The older one lost her dummy and woke up, had to search in the dark for the wretched thing. I just got into bed again, doze of and DD2 would wake up. I was a "zombie" for years
My living room light was the only one on in the street at 5am when DD1 and 2 were wide awake wanting to watch Barney the Dinosaur. Now... DD1 is 13 and won't come out of bed before 12 at the weekend, she is a pain to get up on school mornings. DD2 is 11, loves going to bed, and no problem getting up.. So, Shell, someday you will sleep again..
Serena All the best, hope you DS is ok.
Master bedroom today.. Brill, really needs doing, lots of mess has accumulated over the week. Tiny landing so that shouldn't take too long

Shell2001 the sleeping DOES get better.. but it doesnt get easier, but with more sleep you can handle it!! Probably not quite what you wanted to hear but it is truthful!
I have paid my bills this month (payday today) .. Look at my siggy strip!! we owe less than £20k.. I know we shouldn't have owed that in the first place but I have paid off £3500 AND everything we bought for christmas, which I aimed to do before easter!!! .. well it is before easter I guess, I am so pleased!!!!!!
I made DH take the children to school this morning.. he only had to put his shoes on and I had loads to do (shoes hair brushed wash brush teeth etc) so i feel really weird because I'm used to going now and I haven't been anywhere.
I am FREEZING though.. might have to find a sweater and go tacke the mess in the bedroom.. my floordrobe on top of the chest is mounting up. I have a few bits need ebaying and I have made a big decision.. my maternity stuff is going too!! I have a big bag full, but it can go.
Best go make a start of some sort.
I need to sort the front room too..

Well done pigpen! Well made a start, washer on for 3rd time, drier loaded and on (raining on and off again, kitchen started, all bakeware in bath as didn't come clean the other day probably because water was cold, kids off to school, dogs been out, and I got covered in mud plus somewhow I've ended up covered in a rash when I was out, look like bites actually
! DSs prescription just arrived so might get him to sleep before 2am tonight
DP still asleep but didn't get to bed until 5am so leaving him there!
Having a coffee and a cereal bar I found when doing kitchen as Wednesdays I tend to forget to eat as usually busy! Computer course this afternoon but have to leave early as DS2 has a speech therapy appointment.

will crack on with the bedroom once i've had a shower. my mum goes back to work tomorrow after about 4 months off with a bad back, am v worried about her as i don't think she's ready to go back yet.....Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Well done Pigpen! Great feeling seeing it going down a little but below 20, lucky you! I have just done some of my bills too. Haven't done a siggy strip for finances but I just started in January, owing £37,000  but I feel in control now, which I didn't before. Having got that on track and feeling I can actually pay it off, although will take about 4 years and alot of extra work, I feel much happier in myself.
Discovering flying was the icing on the cake for me - now feel in control in the house. Early days I know, but it seems do-able, and the lovely thing about doing the bedroom today is that because I have been doing my dailies (ie making sure clothes off go away and not to the floordrobe, and clean laundry goes away rather than moved from downstairs to upstairs) it is cleaning more than clearing.
Love feeling that for once I am in control of my life. If I can crack my weight as well (want to lose around a stone) then I really will be a happy bunnyProud to be dealing with my debts0
