OK - woeful wednesday. I don't really like wednesday. Too far from the weekend, and i'm realising that another week is flying by too quickly. The only good thing is Charlie is 19 weeks old today, and i always read my guide to the 1st year of a babies life, and see what exciting things he might do this week, and what new games i should play with him.

let me see what progress i can make on that little lot.I foolishly couldn't do the bathroom as i had stood the airer over the bath, with my jumpers drip drying. Hopefully i shall be able to put them on the floor tomorrow, and make some progress there. I'm normally more logical in the order that i do things, but it didn't work that way today.
I've also just remembered there is a load in the WM waiting to go on airers. (Baby had a nappy leakage while we were out and managed to get me as well, so i had to wash all that straight away,) only problem is everyone is in bed, and if i start clattering around rooms now to hang stuff up, it will wake them up. I think i will just put it all in the basket and take it upstairs, and then i will see it first off in the morning and get straight on with it.
Night night everyone. Probably won't log in now till tomorrow night.

Anyone want another child - I'm sure you wouldn't notice an extra one pigpen! DS was up 4 times in the night then decided at 4.50 that we had to get up as he was hungry - he wouldn't be if he'd eaten his tea last night would he?
So, WM & TD already on, caught up on some emails and read through some threads on here.
Fetched down a tub of paper, bits & bobs, I don't know what from out of the airing cupboard - it's been there for months waiting to be sorted and seeing as that's on the landing and you can't shut the airing cupboard door because of it, I'd try and sort it out.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

I'm glad I'm not the only one pigpen!! I am just new to this flying lark and loving it, but when I say 'change bedding' again I had a bit of a moment. Want to cross everything off list at the end of the day but only changed bedding last week and as a rule do it every 2 weeks. Don't think I'm dirtybut there's only me in the bed, and I have a shower every day (usually in the evening) so reckon one a fortnight is enough. Also, I have a king size bed which means two full loads to wash the bedding.
Is this just an excuse or justified? I always have lots of washing with clothes and towels (and gym stuff as I go about 4 times a week, with a set of stuff each time) as I only wear tops onces and jeans/trousers two or three times. As for my DD - I'm sure she thinks if something is on the body for several seconds (ie when trying on multiple outfits!) it counts as 'worn' so goes in the wash!!
Talking about DD - one of my jobs today was to devise her a flying list, which in fact I did last night. She is 16 and seemed to like the idea. I have given her a list for her bedroom consisting of around 16 things, in the form of a table , with an additional list of dailies (before bed bring down any cups/glasses etc, put clothes in wash...). Most of the things in the table were undated, with the idea that she does at least one daily but some days will need to do more (the floordrobe alone will take quite a while  ). Other things have days on them eg Tuesday night bring empty waste paper basket and bring down recycling as these are collected Wednesday. ANyway, minutes after giving her the list (in fact I emailed it to her so it was on her pc and couldn't be lost in the pile of papers in her room) she was downstairs with a pile of washing and her recycling.
DD is supposed to have her room clean and tidy on a Sunday evening otherwise (in theory) she doesn't get her allowance. Now she has her list, hopefully it will not be such a big job as she can spread it out in 10 minute slots (or shorter/longer). I intend varying the list slightly each week in Moggins style so that things like her wardrobe and drawers are kept in order.
Thanks Moggins - not only have you got my life on track, organised and withclean and tidy house, but if you have managed to help get DD in order then I will be eternally grateful :T
Right, enough procrastinating, got jobs to do!!!Proud to be dealing with my debts0 -
Morning everyone
Juliejim you have my sympathy. DD1 woke up at 2am I gave up trying to get her back to sleep at 3am at that point DH (who snoored all the way through the getting medicine, spilling medicine all over the bed, changing bed episode) said put her in bed with us. So half past 3 I came on here as could not get back to sleep (forgot to add milk to my tesco order and managed to change it before delivery later today! Did think about posting on here but did not want to look obsessed - lol. Please someone with older kiddies tell me it gets easier??????
Anyway not sure what will get done as I was awake from 2 until 5 and then awake from 6.15! Luckily I dusted, tidied and hoovered all bedrooms and landing yesterday.
