I've noticed that while I'm working, I'm so much better at eating and ensuring I'm sticking to plan. Days off are hard, as I'm either super busy and out all day or relaxing (ie doing absolutely nothing!) in the flat and not eating until I'm absolutely starving. Yesterday I didn't eat until 2pm (a high fibre bar) and then quickly made a carbonara at 5pm before I went to a BBQ. At work, I have a lunchbag full of SW stuff and make sure I eat something on every flight (I'm cabin crew).
Need to stick to plan 100% for the next few days, I've gone off a bit weds/thurs/fri due to not being organised and I really do want a good loss this week as it'll be 2 weeks since the last WI.Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Can any of you lovelies help me out please?
Im looking for a low syn/syn free alternative to coconut milk for a recipe in the week im considering adapting. I have seen people mention Mullerlight coconut but i have searched high and low locally for it to no avail. I only need 200g so not massive quantities of it.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Sorry stef, don't know much about coconut milk maybe someone else will.
Just looked and Mullerlight Greek Style Fat Free Coconut and Vanilla yogurt is allegedly on offer in all four main supermarkets.
Did food shopping today and noticed that Frylight is now coming in 190ml cans rather than 250 mls as before. I got some olive oil one in Sainsbury's (as they had at least the good grace to reduce the price a bit to match the size reduction) then came home and did some comparisons on MySupermarket.
Asda: £2.39 for 250 ml (95.6p per 100ml)
Tesco/Waitrose: £2.39 for 190 ml (£1.12 per 100ml)
Sainsbury's: £1.60 for 190 ml (84.2p per 100ml).
I know that lots of brands are reducing the quantity to hide price rises but 60 ml less is quite a drop!0 -

Thanks. I had looked online to see that it was available but i cant see it in any of my local supermarkets.
I heard someone mention the downsizing of frylight the other week. It is still priced at £2.38 in my Sainsburys.:j Was married 2nd october 2009 to the most wonderful man possible:j

Gaa just wrote a huge post and lost it
Can someone check that I've made/calculated this macaroni cheese right please?
500g macaroni (free)
2 tins sliced mushrooms (free)
4tsp english mustard (2 syns)
colman's cheese sauce mix (8 syns)
200ml semi skimmed (4.5syns)
270g Mature Cheddar Light (6 HEAs)
Divided by 6 portions = 1 HEA, 3.5syns per portion?
The mushrooms count as the 1/3 superfree is that right?
Thanks in advance, determined to get this right & want to get my freezer labels right for when I start!0 -
well done MM and EQ... keep at it Psych! You should be proud of yourself Piglet!
Stef coconut milk - try the low fat stuff that M&S stock I can't remember the syn value but it is significantly lower.
Sorry for the flyby posting... Mad house.0 -
Well done on all the losses everyone! Some great ones there. :T
ilovetea, commiserations for your gain, it is so disheartening when that happens.
ammonite, I make it one HEA and just under 2.5 syns per portion, unless I've forgotten some? (2 + 8 + 4.5 = 14.5 syns. Divide 14.5 by 6 = 2.4 syns).
Not sure about the mushrooms, hopefully someone wiser will be able to advise.
I've had a good day today. Yesterday was my flexible syns day so today I'm being super careful. I've had:
B: shape yohurt
L: mugshot and melonBean & pasta stew from the EE all in one book. It was really delicious and filling. :j
Drinks: tea/coffee with milk; water.[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.
