Why Oh Why !!
Hubby bought me a little box of Sula Strawberry and Cream sweets tonight to have as a "good" treat. I ate the whole box (about 15 hard candies) and they are scrummy...Only 9 cals a sweet so I thought I was being so good, compared to my normal blow out treat.
I didn't know they can have an adverse effect on your toilet habits..:o
My tummy is making noises that are not normal, and I haven't strayed to far away from the loo in hours...;)I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY;)0 -
STS for me this week, I'm pretty happy with that, had a terrible week and expected a biggish gain, same old story with me, bad Thursday night, Fri, Sat and Sun....pretty good the rest of the week until hubby suggested we go out on Wednesday afternoon for lunch.....
:o:o
Oh well onwards and upwards, going to really try and have a super good week, need another big loss to give me a boost I think.
Have a great day whatever you're doing!0 -
Well done Caroline, nowt wrong with 1.5lb loss!
I finally hit target, in fact half a pound under. I also got my Club 10 award.
I am of course pleased but I also feel curiously flat ( no pun intended)
It's like other people are still n their exciting journey and Im out of the race.
I know, I'm strange.
Congratulations :T

Thanks for the recipe Piglet, will definitely be making those. And yes, I think I must have been living under a rock to have missed it previously, normally I'd spot Ferrero Rocher a mile off :rotfl:
Well done Scrappie and Arty, and Lalamb on your results
Yesterday didn't quite go to plan but I *think* I did ok. OH and I were going on a 'date night' to the cinema but had a couple of hours to kill after work so went to Wetherspoons for a coffee. We weren't planning to eat but he was hungover from his overnight cricket thing and wanted stodge and I realised we wouldn't get in til 10pm so I looked a few things up on the SW app. It's curry club on a Thurs and turns out that chicken tikka masala with all the trimmings (rice, naan, 2 poppadoms and mango chutney) is only 18.5 syns. I had only had 0.5 syns up to then, so had that and will just have fewer syns today. Was really pleasantly surprised, especially when I saw the chicken and spinach pasta was 44.5  The curry wasn't greasy though, nor were any of the accompaniments and the portion wasn't too big. It's just nice to know there are things available and allowed when eating out
Due to that I have the rest of the leftover veg curry for lunch. Strangely enough (probably TMI but I know some of you like you poo talk!) I haven't been able to go for the last couple of days - it's unlike me, especially given the quantities of veg in that curry, and I've already had 2 portions! Hoping for some relief today!!
Not sure whether to do green or EE today - will decide at teatime:
B: Porridge (HEB), banana
L: Veg curry and cous cous
T: TBC - if EE possibly JP, bacon, beans and salad
S: Strawberries, milk (HEA), KitKat (5.5)
