Medmum - That wee thing made me :rotfl:, hope you got over your client thing and didn't binge, well done on your walking!

2 - Fat Free Dressing - Again I cannot get this, the stuff I have just now is Hellmans balsamic vinegarette which I think is 0.5 syns in a tbsp?

Glad to say I didn't binge Macpep - started to have one and then felt so sick that I put it down and drank a gallon of water to get rid of the sick feeling!!!

I also can't get FF dressing here and unfortunately they've stopped bringing the Hellmans balsamic which is really delicious. There are a couple of other Hellmans dressings though and I wonder what they work out at?

Ammonite - Congrats on your pregnancy :j
GnB - Enjoy your graduation :T

Right I think I may not have been synning some things correctly, can anyone confirm these couple of things for me

1 - Cottage cheese, I hate the stuff with a passion but its fab for the sw quiche I use, however I cannot get fat free stuff, only low fat or the one I use is Morrisons Eat smart, should I by synning this. I am also going to try the cheese scones using the cottage cheese

2 - Fat Free Dressing - Again I cannot get this, the stuff I have just now is Hellmans balsamic vinegarette which I think is 0.5 syns in a tbsp?

4 - WM pitta bread, I use Mr T or Mr A but book states Co-op, is there a reason for this?
3 - Activia Snackpot Bannoffee - these are 1 syn I believe? I only bought one at lunchtime (not eaten it yet) as Morrisons are doing them for 30p, are they nice, I usually chop a banana in an Aldi Toffee Yoghurt which is fat free & half the price of muller.:money:

Sorry for questions but these may be small things I should be counting but am not  which may be why my loss is slow

Have you tried the new spray salad dressings from M&S?
They are all fruity. Raspberry, apple & pomegranate etc. They are sin free & gorgeous.

Med mum can you get regular long grain rice?

im sure it will work with it also, ;)

i just showed the tesco pudding rice as an example, cause thats defo not what my mum uses as we dont have a local tescos here (yet, they are building one at the moment)

my mum tends to use the long grain rice from the budget range at her local eurospar, very MSE!

    Hi Guys!

back from my few days away with mum - we had a lovely time and even managed to fit in a shopping day! Bought many of the 'hospital essentials' that aer needed, so a very productive and relaxing time.

Well, had my first WI last night. I was slightly worried, as have been eating some very nice M&S food for that last four days. But, while away I really did make the effort to fill up on speed foods, and not eat any M&S dessert - I made up my own SF frit jelly and low syn cheescake and took thise with me!!!.

It worked - lost 5.5lbs. I'm soooooooo pleased:D My mini target is 14lbs in 14 weeks, so I'm well on the way to that. Hope to shift at least another 1.5lbs next week and get my 1/2 stone award. I know it's very early days, but it's a huge step in the right direction for me:D

Spent last night planning food for next week, and have been shopping this morning. Just need to get another couple of bits so that I can do KFC style chicken on Sat night. So might do that tomorrow. It's pork satay kebabs for dinner this evening with slaw and chips, tomoro is sweet n sour chicken with rice.

Have not yet had chance to catch up with the thread, and am quite busy for the next few days - hope everone is doing OK!
